matthew's special day

Baby Matthew is being baptized and this is a gift for him from his grandparents. I hope it is a wonderful weekend for you all.

forever friend

This watercolor, bead, fabric, raffia, picture box combo was done for my sista, Kathleen's bday! She is a wonderful blessing to me and I thank God for her all the time. She always puts others' needs before her own.

I would love to work something up similar for that sweet friend/sister/mother in your life.

love for two, please

This was done for a bride-to-be, getting hitched in Boston. Toast to the happy couple, hope the wedding is beautiful!

lucy's guardian angel

I couldn't wait to another angel and I got my chance! This was for my high school friend Lacey's new baby girl Lucy, commissioned by another Canton girl-Heather (got all that?)! My Canton connection is the best. Miss Bayou, thanks for being such a loyal fabulous customer! And welcome to the world, baby girl-you were given wonderful parents!

Happy 1st, Princess Keely!!!!

So happy to be able to paint a crown for this princess-in-training. Isn't Keely the cutest name? This is a 8x10 canvas panel in a hand-painted 11x14 frame with ribbon for hanging. The price is: $60.

pac man mania

Isn't this rad, gnarly, AWESOME. This is a pac man cake that was at a 80's murder mystery party we went to this past weekend. Happy Bday, Brad!!!! So much fun visiting this decade-Tim went as a band member of the band Devo (red flower pot hat people/"Whip It"). I love dressing up and super-fun wearing pink, purple & blue eyeshadow all in the same night.

shine verse

A verse I just completed shown with the wrapping, which is half the fun for me. I have a crazy amount of ribbon and trim & I love putting it to use!

bridal bouquet

A recent wedding gift for a bride-to-be.

mr. giraffe's friends

Baby Mosby's mom ordered 3 additional animals for above his crib. I hope they are good company for Mr. Giraffe. Thanks, Maggie! So fun giggling about our junior high memories as I was painting these for Mosby.

rita wren's house

This was a painting I traded with Sarah Wren Brashier in Tupelo (www.brashierfamily.blogspot.com) one of my favorite craftiest friends. Our work is similar-check it out. I got the blue birdy painting on her site! Score for me.

angel wings

I'm sad to see this little angel fly away. I did her for Madison Ridgeland Academy's silent auction, so go bid on her and give her a good home! I may have to make another for our house.
